Shipping policy

Dispatch of Just Smitten orders is via Australia Post. You will be provided with a tracking number at the time of dispatch. Should there be an issue with the delivery of your package, please contact us immediately at enquiries@justsmitten.com.au and we will do our best to rectify and to minimise any inconvenience. International orders will be subject to the destination and you will be informed of the carrier at the time of dispatch. All tracking info is available online via your wholesale login.

The minimum wholesale spend is $200.

Orders over $500 receive complimentary express post shipping Australia-wide.

Orders under this have a flat rate of $18 shipping applied at checkout, or $22 for express shipping.

This applies to orders shipped within Australia only.
